Our boutique early education centre in Cannon Hill offers a unique and engaging learning environment for children. With a focus on innovative educational materials and a commitment to excellence, we provide a high-quality experience for our students and their families.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that meet the needs of our students. Your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) will be essential in ensuring our programs are of the highest standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing programs that align with the EYLF and NQS
  • Mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within the centre
  • Ensuring each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • A current Blue Card/WWCC
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • A current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
