Our boutique early education centre in Cannon Hill offers a unique and engaging learning environment for children. With a focus on innovative educational materials and a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, we provide a stimulating space for young minds to grow and develop.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
- Develop and implement programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Mentor and support Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong understanding of early years theories and practices
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children and families
- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Blue Card/WWCC
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
