About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team in a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Colour mix and match vehicles after preparation and scheduling for painting.">
  • Build and maintain a colour library.">
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process.">
  • Buff and denib vehicles.">
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.">
  • Notate any extra paint work required that is not quoted for.">
  • Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.">
  • Clean work bay and workshop areas.">
  • Coach apprentices when required.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A trade qualification in Spray Painting.">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter.">
  • A strong commitment to working safely.">
  • Excellent communication skills.">

  • The ability to meet strict deadlines.">
