As a skilled craftsman, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services across multiple early learning centres.

You will work autonomously to maintain high standards of quality and safety, providing an excellent customer experience and building strong relationships with our team members.

Your cluster will be based in Brisbane, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide prompt and effective repairs and maintenance services for our Goodstart Early Learning centres
  • To work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues proactively and efficiently
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, developing strong partnerships and relationships
  • To adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone
  • To work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • A trade qualification in Carpentry or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
  • A valid driver's licence, enabling you to travel between sites as required
  • A current Working with Children Check, or a willingness to obtain one
  • Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade - preferred
