Aboriginal Employment Opportunities

We are seeking applications from Local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are looking to build a long-lasting career in the Katherine Region. Our goal is to work with you to transition into our Business, providing a supportive environment to help you succeed.

The First Nations Participation Team is an Initiative that aims to create connections within the communities we work with across Australia to support employment pathways. We are committed to working with First Nations Australian people daily to provide employment opportunities.

Our Career Transition Program will provide you with a two-day induction and training session into various roles, focusing on Hospitality, Land Maintenance, and Cleaning. This program aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in these areas and potentially lead to ongoing employment opportunities.

About the Roles

Hospitality Attendants:

  • General Site Operations including front of house support and cleaning duties.

Land Management Attendants:

  • General Land Management activities maintenance of ground, lawn mowing, care for land and site.

Cleaning Attendants:

  • General Cleaning activities across base accommodation and offices.
