About this role
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Supply Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing supply chain support to ISS programmes, satisfying demands made in support of client requests under contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain inventory management systems, including initiating cataloguing of new inventory items.
- Assess sourcing requirements by liaising with stakeholders based on supplied estimates, market experience, purchase complexity, sole source consideration, and purchase thresholds.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to manage lead times and maintain logistic control across local, domestic, and international supply portfolios.
- Provide input to supply support reporting requirements.
- Manage issues with goods/services through supplier corrective action process and contribute regularly to the Supplier Risk Report.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply support business processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience within supply support or logistics.
- A formal qualification in either a trade or logistics management would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of asset management standards, systems, and processes.
- Knowledge of supply support management, planning, and scheduling.
- Experience with supply chain management and part interpretation.
