
Global Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and contributing to key operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities- Support production planning and scheduling by aligning raw materials and production capacity with customer demand across manufacturing sites, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure seamless end-to-end accessory procurement process, including requisitions, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Manage stock transfers across plants, warehouses, and customer locations, ensuring accuracy and timely movement, minimizing inventory holding costs.
- Contribute to forecasting activities, working closely with the demand planning team to understand and drive business outcomes.
- Support supply chain cost analysis, including budgeting, spend tracking, and variance reporting, providing actionable insights for business improvements.
- Assist with transport operations, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation, ensuring seamless logistics.
- A recent degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- An interest in learning ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or similar platforms, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Understanding of or interest in transport compliance, warehousing operations, and cost control.
