The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work with our Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division, Australia's largest single provider. Based from either Gold Coast or Brisbane office locations, you will be responsible for leading, supporting and driving a team of motivated and passionate Assessment Service Consultants to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
You will partner closely with internal and external customers to support businesses and communities, creating employment solutions that change lives for the better.
About You
We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. This person should have outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a desire to engage and empower others.
The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing an understanding of team member workloads, identifying skills & knowledge gaps and actively supporting and empowering team members to increase capabilities.
They will also have demonstrated experience in formulating and delivering accurate and timely reports and presentations, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
A strong understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is essential, including current trends and change factors impacting the apprenticeship sector.
