**Job Title:** Administration and Quality Support Assistant

**Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to support our office and production teams through early-morning operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for customer invoicing, food labelling and order management, quality assurance support, stocktaking and data entry, and ordering factory supplies. They will also be required to collate production data for internal reporting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Able to follow compliance and food safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in a team environment
