Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing administrative functions, providing exceptional customer service and support to families, and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and coordinating administrative tasks to maintain a high-functioning office environment;
  • Responding to parent inquiries and handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Capturing and processing data, including new enrolments via relevant software systems;
  • Managing account queries and waitlists;
  • Scheduling tours and maintaining the service calendar;
  • Providing support to senior management as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with an optimistic attitude towards work;
  • Excellent organizational skills to work efficiently and systematically;
  • A valid Blue Card for child-related employment prior to commencement;
  • A qualification in early childhood education.
