Motor Insurance Recovery Professional

A skilled and results-driven Motor Insurance Recovery professional is required to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the recovery process for motor claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations of Motor insurance claims to identify opportunities for recovery.
  • Negotiate effectively with relevant third parties, including other insurers, loss adjusters, and solicitors, to recover claims costs.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal claims team to gather essential data and supporting evidence for successful recoveries.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date claims records and documentation are maintained.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of legal action and liaise with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, brokers, and management on recovery progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims recoveries.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in recoveries or collections, dealing directly with customers/clients over the phone.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in handling litigated claims and working with legal teams is advantageous.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being comfortable working autonomously.
