We're a dynamic company, Travel + Leisure Co., with a mission to put the world on vacation. Our business line includes Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales targets through supportive management of the sales team, motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Support staff recruitment, development, and site financial management, ensuring effective communication and respect among peers and managers.
  • Actively participate in management duties, training sessions, sales meetings, and provide on-site support to sales employees.
Earn Up to $80,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales, supporting and managing high-volume sales teams.
  • Succesful proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong leadership ability, including coaching, performance management, effective communication, and building positive relationships with internal and external customers.
