The Position

We are seeking an experienced Safety Team Leader that effectively leads a team across multiple projects with a strong eye for detail in ensuring all aspects of safety and compliance are in line with industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry standards to ensure safety is within compliance
  • Train and manage employees to ensure all tasks are completed correctly
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
  • Document control of records for all safety-related activities

Requirements

  • Strong ability to effectively lead and manage a team
  • Have previously held or had exposure to a leadership position
  • 6 years' experience working as a Safety Advisor will be highly advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
