Infrastructure Construction Project Lead

We're looking for a highly skilled Project Lead to manage infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project development and ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible for project construction, commissioning, and day-to-day management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines
  • Provide escalation on project matters
  • Review project documents and information provided by clients/subcontractors
  • Manage subcontractor performance and resources
  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
  • Capture and report on budget variations
  • Responsible for project handover to internal teams
Requirements:
  • Must have an electrical background and understanding of Australian electrical services and installation methods
  • Strong knowledge of electrical contracting and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fully proficient in measuring and interpreting electrical drawings
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering infrastructure construction projects
  • Strong site working and supervisory experience
  • Strong H&S and Environmental regulations knowledge
  • Commercial experience and contract administration skills
  • Recognised project management qualification
