Job Summary

We are seeking experienced ICU nurses to join our team at leading healthcare facilities across Melbourne. As an ICU Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor patients' progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.
  • Care for patients' needs throughout their recovery in the ICU, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • MUST have full working rights in Australia – no sponsorships offered.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ICU nursing, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing.
  • Availability for day and night shifts, including on-call duties, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and patients alike.
