Are you passionate about motorcycles and committed to exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

About this Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Service, Parts and Sales team members to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and via telephone
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Offer technical knowledge and interpretation to customers and colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle industry
  • A current motorcycle licence
  • Strong customer service and people management skills
  • Technical knowledge and ability to interpret
About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and has a strong passion for motorcycles. Please note that background checks may be required.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of motorcycle operations and be able to provide exceptional support to our customers.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business by delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our sales team.
