Job Overview

This critical role involves leading the ICT services transition from an internal setup to a shared services arrangement.

About the Position

We seek a skilled and steady Project Manager who can develop and execute an ICT strategy that aligns with broader business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the full project lifecycle for the ICT services transition
  • Develop and implement an ICT strategy in line with organizational objectives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across departments, ensuring effective communication and trust
  • Support the internal ICT function, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and service continuity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering ICT projects in the public sector, experience managing ICT transitions or shared service implementations, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Required Skills
  • NV1 security clearance (current)
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external providers
