Job Title: Regional Capacity Services Coordinator

This role will lead and coordinate program requirements for the National Heritage Trust program, ensuring dynamic delivery of the program.

Key responsibilities include leading key national heritage trust program requirements, annual revision and updating of the Central West Local Land Services (LLS) NRM Plan, participating in internal and external communities of practice, advisory groups, and information-sharing forums, managing the RCS operating budget, coordinating reporting and maintaining service delivery evidence, and leading project mid-term outcomes review processes and supporting community participation in project delivery.

The successful applicant will have a degree in agricultural, environmental, natural resource management, biosecurity, or emergency management, or equivalent industry knowledge and experience, a current NSW Driver Licence with the ability and willingness to travel, and the willingness to undergo a police check and medical clearance.

Key skills required include project coordination, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, financial management, community collaboration, communication and reporting, relationship management, governance and compliance, record-keeping, and safety.
