Mechanical Engineering Graduate Job Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Do you have a passion for maintenance, reliability, and problem-solving?

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Graduate Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • You will be responsible for assisting with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem-solving.
  • You will help develop maintenance strategies and procedures.
  • You will support and deliver SIB (Sustain in Business) projects to improve equipment performance.
  • You will work alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams.
  • You will contribute to operational support across multiple sites.

About You:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's licence (site travel required).
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders across teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a bonus, but not required.
