Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Assist with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving
  • Help develop maintenance strategies and procedures
  • Support and deliver SIB (Sustain in Business) projects to improve equipment performance
  • Work alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams
  • Contribute to operational support across multiple sites
About You

The company is looking for:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's licence (site travel required)
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders across teams
  • Familiarity with SAP is a bonus, but not required
Training & Development
  • Structured onboarding and training across systems and safety protocols
  • Access to external online training and short courses based on project needs
  • Ongoing coaching from senior engineers and mentors
  • Real, hands-on experience to prepare for future roles in maintenance, reliability, or broader engineering functions
