About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team at Country Road Group. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession store's financial targets and company key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Experience: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  3. Team Leadership: Ensure the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen. Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives.
  5. Cultural Values: Embody our key cultural values of Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated to Quality.
Requirements
  1. Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  2. Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  3. Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  4. Team Performance: Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  5. Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  6. Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
