- Commercial Acumen: Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
- Team Leadership: Ensure the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen. Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives.

- Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.

- Team Performance: Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
