The Role

We are seeking casual educators to join our team in Cairns. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including before and after school care centers. No prior experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement engaging and activity-based programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a positive and supportive partnership
Requirements
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A Certificate or working towards a Certificate IV in School Aged Education, or a qualification in Education
  • Availability to work a minimum of 1 day per week
  • Valid work rights for Australia
  • Easy access to transport or willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
