Technical Lead with IAM Expertise

Milestone IT is currently working with a brilliant client seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join their dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead, support, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals in implementing and managing IAM solutions with a focus on Auth0 and Okta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions using Auth0 and Okta.
  • Provide technical leadership, support, and mentoring to the IAM team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet security and access requirements.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IAM services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest in IAM technologies and security practices, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior IAM Specialist.
  • Expertise in IAM principles and technologies, with specific experience in Auth0 and Okta.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • A passion for technology and security, with a continuous learning mindset.
