We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. As a key member of our Speech team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children with developmental needs or delays.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other clinicians to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. You will also have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, providing person-centered care and support to children and their families.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Initial assessments and development of therapeutic services for children accessing our service
  • Collaboration with other clinicians on care plans that deliver tailored services for children with developmental needs or delays
  • Visiting clients in clinic or at school/home to provide person-centered, evidence-based care
