Mirvac, a leading Australian property group, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Property & Community Manager. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Our estimated salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Property & Community Manager at Mirvac, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services and operational excellence across our properties. This involves:

  • Leading a high-performing team in providing exceptional customer experiences, executing on the LIV Brand Promise, and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Driving customer engagement through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
  • Supporting the leasing process to maximize returns and mitigate downtime.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic asset planning objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive resident retention, build community, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining a visible presence onsite, responding to resident requests, and resolving problems and concerns as they arise.
  • Providing leadership to the team, developing their strengths, skills, and knowledge, and fostering high levels of engagement and performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or hospitality management, with strata management experience desirable.
  • A Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent License (required).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results through effective leadership and stakeholder relationship management at all levels.
  • People management experience, with people being developed and empowered to succeed.
  • High level of IT proficiency, with Salesforce, Yardi, and StarRez experience desirable.
