Senior Digital Product Design Lead

Imagine shaping the system and owning the thinking behind how great work gets done. As a leading Experience Designer, you will have the opportunity to design end-to-end digital products that solve complex, real-world problems.
About This Role:- We are looking for someone who can define how our product works, evolves, and serves real people with real jobs to do.
- You will lead the experience through research, design, iteration, and execution.
- Bring clarity to complexity and guide our product forward with confidence.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing complex digital products and knowing what it takes to move from insight to impact.
- Tackling difficult digital product challenges and designing elegant solutions to test and learn from.
- Defining ways of working within your team that bring clarity, momentum, and room to evolve as the product matures.
Requirements For Success:
- Extensive experience designing end-to-end digital products that solve complex, real-world problems.
- Able to manage yourself, your reliability, and competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and self-directed work.
- Experience in developing design systems with a high degree of complexity and nuance.
- Curious and creative mind, and an eye for detail.
