Digital Product Designer

This position involves leading the design of digital products to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities- Conduct research to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
- Create prototypes to communicate and test design concepts.

- Contribute to and evolve a design system to maintain consistency.
- Communicate design insights and ideas to stakeholders.
- Coach junior team members and provide guidance.
- Senior-level experience in product design or UX/UI design.
- Experience working in finance or service industries.
- Able to partner with multiple disciplines and complex teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the design process and design methodologies.
- Strong experience working in Agile and using agile tools.
- Ability to perform essential capabilities independently.
- Proven experience setting and using design processes to digitise experiences.
- Extensive experience in visual design and user interactions.
