Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging programs for children, building positive relationships with the community, mentoring and supporting a team of educators, and overseeing compliance and administrative tasks.

This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:00am to 9:00am and 2:15pm to 6:30pm, plus weekly admin hours.

Essential Requirements:
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
