As a Graduate Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients' successful transition back to work and life after injury. This two-year professional development program offers diverse clinical opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough rehabilitation assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans to assist clients with physical injuries and secondary psychosocial barriers to participate in Graduated Return to Work Programs.
  • Deliver case management services for clients seeking to return to their employment or transition to new career paths.
  • Provide services within job description and clinical scope of practice, including worksite assessments, functional capacity evaluations, home, office, and vehicle ergonomic assessments.
  • Develop injury prevention training programs relevant for customer needs.
  • Complete detailed work task analyses and prepare job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with treating practitioners to monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed.
