Darwin Health Group is looking for a full time physiotherapist to join the team.

We are a fast-growing clinic in the Stuart Park, a stones throw from Darwin City. As part of our close-knit team, you'll be seeing a diverse mix of clients, helping them get out of pain, move better and live their best lives.

About us:

We have 220sqm of purpose build space, with a 100sqm rehab gym and boutique reformer Pilates studio.

We provide structured recent grad PD sessions with our Titled musculoskeletal physiotherapist (12 week mentorship program for new and recent grads), weekly group PD, social events and generous PD allowance ($1500).

We believe in fitting the right person to the right role, so we can work with you to develop your ideal work schedule.

About you:

You are a caring and dedicated clinician whose primary aim is getting the best results for your patients. You are an ongoing learner, with a growth mindset. You understand our role is helping our clients achieve their goals, whatever they are. You are a team player with excellent communication skills.

You will be taking over a varied caseload of clients, and should be able to provide high quality assessment and physiotherapy management.

Full physiotherapy registration with AHPRA, and able to arrange your own PI insurance.

We offer above award remuneration, consisting of a salary plus commission bonuses. Once settled, pay will be in the range of $135,000+ depending on experience and performance. Some of our more established physios are on 150K+. Business development structures are also available, allowing you to easily earn well over the 6 figure range. Titled level 2 remuneration will be at $165,000+ once settled.

High levels of diagnostic, assessment and physiotherapy treatment skills
Excellent communication
The ability to work as part of a team
Full AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist, and an appropriate qualification in physiotherapy
Reformer Pilates experience preferred
