Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Group in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will lead financial due diligence (FDD) projects to assess risks and identify business strengths.

You will work closely with clients to understand their investment strategies and industry benchmarks. Your expertise in analyzing financial statements will provide valuable insights to inform decision-making.

As a Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading FDD projects to assess risks and identify business strengths
  • Aligning findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks
  • Analyzing financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management
  • Preparing deal-focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements
  • Managing client relationships, meetings, and execution matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a FDD role, preferably in a Big 4 environment
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analytics and visualization software (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
