We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our Urgent Care Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:- Assist in providing patient care for injuries or illnesses.
- Perform various care activities including administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and providing patient education.
- Conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by the healthcare team.
- Support with patient services, greeting and assisting patients, monitoring appointment schedules, and updating registration details as required.
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Desirable experience in a primary care setting, focusing on chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
