Equipment Operator - Field Service


Description:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As the key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring their equipment needs are met.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Instructing and demonstrating safe equipment usage to customers;
  • Performing pickups and deliveries of equipment from customer sites, including safely loading and unloading equipment;
  • Providing top-notch customer service in all interactions;
  • Maintaining high standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs;
  • Cleaning branch facilities and performing equipment maintenance as needed;
  • Conducting thorough equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver's license;
  • The ability to work weekends on a rotating roster;
  • Strong physical fitness and the capacity to pass a drug test;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills;
  • An interest in machinery and equipment (training provided);
  • COVID-19 vaccination preferred due to construction industry requirements.
