About the Role

Our company is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Corporate Regulatory professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services regulatory law and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on complex financial services regulatory issues, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and managing external client relationships. They will also work closely with our global offices on financial services regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • advising clients on complex financial services regulatory and compliance issues
  • drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
  • managing and building external client relationships
  • mentoring junior associates and providing training
  • working with global offices on financial services regulatory matters

Requirements:

  • solid financial services regulatory advice experience
  • genuine desire to build on and expand skillset
  • self-driven individual with strong academics
  • excellent communication and time management skills
