About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on leadership role involves setting the tone for performance, service, and store culture.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including stock control, cash management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
Lead by example to foster a positive, customer-focused team environment
Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are maintained
Drive KPIs related to sales, cost control, and service excellence
Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance results and efficiency
