Our team specializes in digital media measurement and advertising effectiveness, enabling advertisers to achieve real-time results for their media campaigns based on our proprietary Impact Measurement software solution.

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute digital advertising effectiveness research projects while serving as a consultative resource for customers. This position plays a critical role in the organization's success and is accountable for successful project execution and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients around brand lift methodology, product features, roadmap, limitations, and best practices for Cint's suite of Measurement products
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of product changes and methodology improvements
  • Train and engage customers in the advertising and media industries on Cint's proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software
  • Independently execute tasks across multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high quality and internal communication
  • Compile and extract data from various sources to present insights to stakeholders
  • Manage tasks within the lifecycle of media measurement research projects, following standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify customer challenges and drive product improvements
  • Achieve client goals through proactive communication and timely delivery of accurate results
  • Understand and follow best practices to work efficiently as part of an account team, completing project tasks and managing expectations
  • Develop expertise in Cint's measurement products and internal software to execute sampling strategies for concurrent research projects
