About the Role

Findex is seeking a skilled Lending Adviser to join our team. As a Lending Adviser, you will be responsible for packaging business and home loan transactions for our Findex customers and presenting them to funders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Findex offerings to ensure growth, profitability, and customer service targets are met
  • Identify potential and future equipment finance, home loans, and small business loans with existing Findex customers and prospects
  • Submit proposals to funders on behalf of clients and act as the first point of contact for client queries and commercial lending advice
  • Provide professional debt advisory services to a range of Findex customers
  • Develop internal and external referral sources, particularly through digital channels such as Teams
Requirements
  • Solid experience in business and retail/home loans within a bank or broker house
  • A results-driven team player with strong business acumen
  • Proven experience in credit writing and proficiency in using Excel, Word, and standard Microsoft applications
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management or a Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking)
