The role of Communications Specialist is a critical position in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage various stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality written materials for diverse channels, including media stories, staff engagement stories, and social media content.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and messaging alignment.
- Provide expert communications advice and support to senior leaders.
- Handle public affairs issues and contribute to crisis communication strategies.
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering impactful communication plans.
- Strong writing skills and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience in crisis communications and public affairs management.
