As a proactive and organized warehouse leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient management of warehouse operations. This includes coordinating the unloading, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and ensuring all activities meet workplace health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage warehouse operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to ensure timely delivery and minimal stock loss
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
- Transport materials to and from vendors and sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays
- Provide high-level support to teams, including training and guidance on warehouse operations and workplace health and safety procedures
- Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse management
- In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety best practices within a warehouse environment
- Proficient in inventory management systems, quality management software, and Microsoft Office suite
- Hold a valid Australian open unrestricted driver's license
- Possess a current forklift license
- Hold a Certificate in Warehouse Operations or an equivalent qualification
