Overview

Senior Business Analysts are highly sought after professionals who specialize in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and process improvements.

This role focuses on providing expertise in Guidewire Claim Centre to drive business value and efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business analysis strategies to align with organizational goals.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives.
  3. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and definition to ensure accurate solution design.
  4. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  5. Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing opportunities to junior analysts.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Guidewire Claim Centre (must-have).
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business analysis within Agile environments.
  • Strong background in process modeling, documentation, and requirements management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with modern tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or business analysis certifications.
