We are seeking a passionate and visionary leader to oversee our Bachelor's and Master's programs in Social Work.
- About the Role:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee program development.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
- Enhance curriculum and develop field placement opportunities.
- Lead and manage academic staff across multiple campuses.
- Engage with stakeholders to support program growth and quality.
- Monitor student outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- PhD in Social Work and eligible for membership.
- Proven leadership experience in social work or related academic programs.
- Strong knowledge of AASW standards and experience managing accredited programs.
- Experience in multi-campus program delivery is preferred but not essential.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion and social justice.
