- Qualifications and Experience: A tertiary qualification with relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Initiative Development: Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives that strengthen academic success and career readiness.
- Pupil Advocacy: A demonstrated passion for supporting young adults through university life.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and mentor students.
- Project Management: Experience planning and delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to teach, present, and facilitate workshops.
