- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and grievances.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including legal, safety, and medical teams.
This role requires a skilled professional with a proven track record in advising on individual people matters, including complex misconduct investigations and grievances. Strong case management experience and the ability to provide timely and consistent advice are essential.
Key Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Employment Law/Human Resources/related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in investigating and resolving complex workplace issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
