SalaryThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $25.10-$33.67 per hour, plus the opportunity to salary sacrifice for additional benefits.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at nGundanoo, QLD. As an Educator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of children aged [insert age range]. You'll work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, capability, and confidence in children.
Responsibilities:- Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes mutual respect and support
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
