Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled solutions architect to join our organization. As a senior solutions architect, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

  1. Develop high-level designs and impact assessments for initiatives and/or systems in the Bank.
  2. Take ownership of Architecture deliverables for Conceptual and Solution Architecture documents and ensure that they are agreed and endorsed by all stakeholders.
  3. Work with analysts in defining business requirements, and work with subject matter experts to develop high level designs, in line with the enterprise architecture, patterns and practices.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders in scoping initiatives, ensuring they are scoped in accordance with architectural objectives and principles.
  5. Has experience in producing Solution Architectures for complex solutions (including infrastructure, cloud, on-premise and hybrid solutions)
  6. Has experience in Architecture design that improved controls based on COBIT/ISO 27001 framework.
  7. Ability to identify and document / call out dependencies with other projects / systems.
  8. Drive Architectural Certification process to completion for key project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of COBIT 2019 and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with development principles, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Banking or Payment Systems (e.g., SWIFT, NPP, FSS etc.)
  • Experience with automation toolsets (e.g., Puppet, Terraform, vRA, Chocolatey, Packer etc).
  • Experience with CI/CD toolsets (e.g., Azure DevOps Service, Artifactory, Gitlab etc.)
  • Understanding of common infrastructure systems (e.g., Active Directory, SQL Server, Sterling, VMWare, SAN etc.)
  • Understanding of certificate lifecycle management tool (e.g., Venafi, Hashicorp Vault etc.)
