We're currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic individual who's ready to kick-start or grow their marketing career in the fast-paced world of professional hair and beauty.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing our national marketing strategy
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and helping keep marketing operations running smoothly
  • Manage regular reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data
  • Assisting with customer service duties when needed
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and helping deliver multiple time-sensitive marketing projects
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of product launches, trade shows, events, and seminars
  • Supporting digital marketing efforts including social media, content creation, CRM, EDMs, and online advertising
  • Helping to develop and coordinate marketing content and collateral that enhances brand presence
  • Contributing to PR and advertising initiatives as needed

We Will Consider:

  • A junior marketing graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience in a similar assistant role, ready to take the next step in the hair and beauty industry
  • An enthusiastic and approachable communicator with excellent presentation abilities and a confident, outgoing nature.
  • High attention to detail and a strong team player
  • A well organised multitasker with a customer & business focused mindset
  • A solid understanding of core marketing principles and a genuine interest in working within a collaborative office environment
  • Social media savvy with a knack for digital tools and content coordination
  • Confident in using all Microsoft Office applications, and ideally familiar with tools such as Canva, Google, CRM platforms, and email marketing software
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Tiertiary qualified in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Must have valid Australian work rights
