Job Title

The Security Officer/Car Parking Attendant role requires a high level of customer service expertise to ensure a positive experience for visitors, contractors, and clients.

  • Responsibilities include gatehouse duties, monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems, and conducting building patrols to identify potential security risks.
  • A key aspect of the job is to actively report and mitigate security and safety hazards, while also providing support to tenants and facilities.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractors and deliveries through dock management and responding to emergency situations as required.

  • Flexibility to work a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
