Project Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery for existing and new clients across the Perth and wider WA region.

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for multiple teams handling diverse tasks for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a representative of our company to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and networking
  • Prepare and manage project quotations, budgets, and timelines for construction, building, and facade maintenance projects
  • Oversee project management from initial site setup to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on engineering and safety issues
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project deliverables meet program requirements
  • Ensure compliance with OHSEQ regulations and standards
  • Lead and support rope access technicians in their work
About You:
  • Hold an IRATA Rope Access Qualification (required)
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Project Management
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and industry codes
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and articulation skills
  • Have experience in the building & construction, mining, and/or industrial sectors
  • Be familiar with City and Commercial rope access scope of works
  • Established network within the industry with ability to convert contacts into business opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in estimating work, submitting quotes, and presenting to clients
