Job Title: E-learning Platform Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an E-learning Platform Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day LMS configuration updates.
  • Build and maintain course setups in the Student Management System (SMS), ensuring correct integration with the LMS.
  • Act as the first point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues, resolving or escalating where required.
  • Support rollout and go-live activities for new brands.
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation and training materials.
  • Provide guidance and training to business teams, promoting self-sufficiency in system use.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage positively across teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Desirable: Experience working with Moodle and Dynamics 365.
