About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team at Penske. As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work and learn in our well-equipped branch, developing your skills and knowledge in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide parts interpreting services and support to the Parts, Services, and Sales Departments.
  • Offer prompt and efficient service to customers, including walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, and email requests.
  • Develop and apply administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchase order creation, parts procurement from external vendors, and inventory receipting for direct ship orders.
  • Grow your customer service skills and learn parts sales with our customers, including promoting new products and services.
About You
  • You have completed Year 12 with passes in English and Mathematics.
  • You have a passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • You are willing to work and learn on the job.
  • You have a strong customer service focus.
  • You take pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment.
  • You are committed to the full term of the traineeship.
